When you request a check, the content you choose to submit may be transmitted to the services required to perform that check. Do not submit information you do not want processed.

Third-party processing

Depending on the function and configuration, submitted content may be processed by AI and search providers used by CHEKICON-AI. Their own policies may apply.

Security

CHEKICON-AI is designed to use encrypted web connections and server-side secrets for API credentials. No website can promise absolute security.

Retention

The application should not claim that all submitted content is never stored unless the actual production infrastructure and provider settings have been verified to support that statement.

Your choices

Avoid submitting sensitive information when it is not necessary. Before launch, configure provider retention settings and have the final privacy notice reviewed for the jurisdictions in which you operate.
